Hi Two Years Ago I Became Very Fatigued My Legs

Hi
Two years ago I became very fatigued my legs were painful and back and had a pain in my index finger joint which I thought was arthritis, went to the doctor and had blood tests done, it was found I was slightly high and put on naproxen. Went to a rheumatologist and he sent me for an MRI to look at the saliac joints but came back ok, had physio but only helped a bit, carried on with naproxen for a year better but still not right, work part time but on feet constantly so getting pain in back and legs. I privately saw an osteopath for 6 sessions but think made it worse! Sent back to rheumatologist he gave me an X-ray signed me off saying I had osteoarthritis in the lower spine keep taking the pills!! I don't want to keep taking pills they only help a bit I have really heavy legs and back/hip pain at the end of the day I am drained, at work I have to walk 84 steps up to staff room and it kills my legs!! And out of breath. Also now sometimes my legs feel buzzy at night in bed and I feel I'm not resting them at all, and now I can only walk for about an hour before my right leg hurts and I start to limp!! I even have pain sitting on my sofa! I Am only 53, 5'7 and 12 stone on menopause and have always been active/going to the gym/walking! Considering going back to the doctor but what can they do?
