Hi, We Went Camping As A Family 3weeks As A

Hi,
We went camping as a family 3weeks as a family and a few friends..
Now my son in law has scabies..
My granddaughter a few days later. Not father & daughter..
I'm so confused. Possible to know who transmitted who ?
Possibly transmitted from a towel provided by the staff? Other than all of us sitting together the only thing they did in common was use the towel after shower
I CANT BELIEVE I DID AL L OF THIS AND NOW DONT GET ANYTHING.
