Hi! What About This, I Finished My 6mos. Of Medication

Hi! What about this, i finished my 6mos. Of medication for ptb(left upper lobe) then when i had my follow up x-ray the result was "previous film is not suitable for comparison. Comparison is based on the reading. Follow up study since 6-30-15 now shows few fibrotic densities at the left upper lobe." And then the impression was "resolving ptb left upoer lobe". Am i still not fit to work? your answer would be very helpful thx :))
