Hi: What is the primary difference between Isosorbide Mononitrate ER and Isosorbide Dinitrate? My wife takes a quantity of three (03) daily in a 10 mg dose. The selling price of the mononitrate in an ER configuration is about 1/2 the price of the DN and is not available in Extended Release.
