When I pull back my foreskin I notice underneath the head of my penis on the side there is a small white lump. Looks similar to a white head spot that people normally get on their faces. I am worried it may be cancer. It is flesh coloured the same as my skin but a little whiter in colour. It does not hurt or cause my any pain in any way.
