Hi. When I Wax My Bikini Line, My Pores Tend

Hi. When I wax my bikini line, my pores tend to bleed a little. (Minute droplets of blood form at the pores). I have never been diagnosed with a bleeding disorder and I think it is because the hair is very coarse and strong. Because of this reason, I shave with a razor instead. I want to know if there's any health hazard associated with pores bleeding during waxing, such as chances of acquiring an infection, and if its okay to wax in this case.
