Hi, When I Clear Throat In The Morning I See

Hi,
When i clear throat in the morning i see blood (a significant amount) once in a while, no cough problems, no chest pain, happens in the morning only. I vomit out bright red blood as much as i can (usually twice or thrice) and suddenly it stops and its normal phlegm again and doesn't happen again in the day or week? Do i have a chest infection? Or is it coming from the stomach? Because i vomit blood
