When i lay down, my heart pulse shakes my left hand while im holding something. And i feel my pulse in my body depending on what position i am in. The pulse is strong and i feel it all the time.
This does not happen standing up. But while laying down i cant sleep because of strong pulses. After awhile i can sleep but it takes some time.
