Hi. When I Smell Strong Things, Usually Strong Foods, It

Hi. When i smell strong things, usually strong foods, it smells very bad. I am not quite sure how to describe the smell, but it smells almost like vinegar or ketchup-ish. I have had nasal issues where my nose qould become blocked and it would become somewhat difficult to breathe at night. Lately that has not happend very much. It was the smell/taste you get when your sick and nothing tastes or smells right. Now it is just the vinegar-ish smell.
