Hi, When I Wake Up In The Morning Im Fine

Hi,

When i wake up in the morning im fine and i have burst of energy but its in waves and im foggy headed and soon as it gets around 4-5pm im totally exhausted...been to the hospital two weeks ago had a blood, urine and cat scan cause i was fainting and vomiting and nothing came back....should i be worried
