Hi . Yesterday I Was Punched Really Hard In My Thigh . It Felt like a explosion Went off in my leg where I had to sit down and rub my leg . The pain was really bad . It hurts when I walk but it feels better but still feel painful . It still hurts when touched. On my same leg in a another area it's a different color like a bruise but it don't hurt when touched
