Hi, Yesterday I Had Laser Hair Removal On My Vaginal

Hi,
Yesterday I had laser hair removal on my vaginal and perianal area. Today it was itchy and irritated, and I seem to have created a cut from scratching a sensitive area near my anus. I am worried about infection and ingrown hairs so have applied Bepanthiseptic (Germolene) to the little cuts, as well as some rowarolan powder. Do you think this is ok or should I see a doctor? Thanks
