Hi, Yesterday I Took A Pill, And Started Getting A

Hi,
Yesterday I took a pill, and started getting a feeling that it's stuck in my throat. Particularly in left side of throat. I drank water, but the feeling stayed. I tried to cough - but the feeling did not go away. I took lunch, and dinner- and while eating food could feel like a sting/ obstruction on left side. Today morning I'm feeling more better, but I can still feel it on left side . The location is just on the left neck- chest side. I feel as if something is stuck. Could it be the pill ? Could the pill have gone in the breathing wind pipe ? Should I consult an doctor or it would go on its own ?
