Hi. Yesterday I Was Bitten By A Bug (spider?) That

Hi. Yesterday I was bitten by a bug (spider?) that caused a weeping blister near what I think was the bite area on soul of foot near toes then top of foot started turning red and swelling. Bite are was very painful. Today no pain at bite area but top of foot still swollen and redness has spread more. Also woke with sneezing, runny nose and congestion. Should I be concerned?
