Hi, A Couple Of Days Ago A Hard Bump Appeared

Hi, a couple of days ago a hard bump appeared at the top of my butt crack. Over the last day or so, it has become larger and very sore to the point where I cannot walk, sit or even sleep properly. I'm unsure to what it is and how to treat it! Please help.
