Hi, A Few Days Ago I Used A New Face

Hi, a few days ago I used a new face lotion as well as put some coconut oil on my face. Now, a few days later there are little bumps all over my face. My face feels very hot, itchy, and irritated. My cheeks are also a little red and swollen. What is the problem?
