Hi A Few Months Ago My Friend Was Spinning Me

Hi a few months ago my friend was spinning me while I was upside down, I felt I pop in my forehead like in between my eyebrows. That day that it happened my head felt pretty bad and it's been a couple months and the pain has come back a little. Especially when I itch my right eye it comes back badly.
