Hi, A Friend Is Currently In Bangkok For A Business

Hi, a friend is currently in Bangkok for a business travel. He said that he ate a crab salad last night in the hotel restaurant and 30 minutes later felt sick (sharp abdominal pains), feeling weak and cold all over. No diarrhea nor throwing up. When he woke up this morning, he was still feeling the same. What do you think is causing these symptoms?
