Hi, A Week & Half Ago I Tried Take Overdose

Hi, a week & half ago I tried take overdose paxam whilst consuming large amounts of alochol. I called ambulance and was taken to icu. Was picked up the next day. I haven't felt well since. I am an alcoholic and fell off the wagon. I haven't taken paxam or alcohol since. I'm now not sleeping well at all at night and feel anxious all the time and very tired. How long will this last?
