Hi, About 2 Months Ago I Had A Bartholin Cyst

Hi, about 2 months ago I had a bartholin cyst drained but inside there was serous fluid. The dr tested it and there was no infection but although the lump got smaller it didn't disappear and now the size seems to change. Sometimes it's big, about 4cm across and other times about 2cm. Is this anything to worry about and will it go away on its own?
