Hi, About 2 Months Ago I Reserved A Circle Looking

Hi, about 2 months ago I reserved a circle looking thing on my finger ( index finger on the middle of the side)... but it was under my skin,( clear looking ) after awhile it started growing and became abit sore... I accidentally scraped the top but off and it became bigger and more painful. It's quite annoying and I also have one on the top of my thumb that also is very sore. I just want answers.
