Hi, About 2 Weeks Ago I Fell And Hit My

Hi,
about 2 weeks ago i fell and hit my left eyebrow off my bed side locker
bruising developed on my eyelid, all around my eye and under my eye
my vision is a slight bit blurred in that eye
i felt sick for the first week, wasnt feeling like myself, still feel a bit dizzy the odd time
my head feels sore every so often (i never get headaches)
my doctor doesnt think its anything to serious, what's your opinion?
