Hi, About 3 Days Ago I Went To The Bathroom

Hi, about 3 days ago I went to the bathroom and whipped and had small blood that was orangish red. I never seen that color blood, but I thought it was just my period. So I used a pad. But I had no more blood after that. Its been 2 full days and still nothing. I also do feel sick. Could this be signs of an early pregency?
