Hi, About 3 Days Ago, I Woke Up To My

Hi, about 3 days ago, I woke up to my ears very dry and my face filled with little bumps almost like goosebumps they are not red. They were at first in one area of my face, but now they are everywhere. They are very itchy and are spreading. I have no fever but I hate the feeling. My doctor prescribed antihistamine Hydroxyzine, but it seems to make the bumps go everywhere. They are on my neck and forehead too. What should I do?
