Hi, About 3 Weeks Ago My 9 Month Old Fell

Hi, about 3 weeks ago my 9 month old fell and ended up with a decent sized lump right near his soft spot. He had no signs of a concussion. His soft spot is now not as tender it actually is hard to find but I can still feel the diamond shape, but it's hard like the rest of his skull? Should I be worried?
