Hi, about 4 days ago I discovered a sore-looking thing on the top of my inner labia. I am a virgin so I know it is not an sti; it is a bit tender to the touch, and I have been treating with neosporin. It is not getting any worse, but doesn't seem to be getting significantly better either.
