Hi, About 4 Months Ago I Flipped Over A BMX

Hi, about 4 months ago I flipped over a BMX bike and the peg hit me in the head leaving me with a 1 inch width, 1 cm deep laceration just in my hairline. A few weeks later I started noticing these little aches all over my head so I would touch the area of the ache and there would be a little indent. It's still happening, sometimes the aches would last for about 10 minutes or longer. Note: I haven't seen a doctor.
