Hi About 4 Months Ago I Was Told I Had

Hi about 4 months ago I was told I had a curvilinear elongated T1 bright lesion around the splenium of corpus callosm. 4 months ago when I found out I have scans done doctors told me its was just smaller then a 5cent coin. Now its 4.6cm in length. Is it dangerous that its tripled in size in just a couple months? They also found another smaller one at the front of my head...

If it keeps growing so rapidly will I have to get it removed?
