Hi, About 6 Months Ago I Started Feeling Pins And

Hi, about 6 months ago i started feeling pins and needles in my hand and feet, sometimes i feel like an electric shock gojng through either my index finger or toe. Sometimes my knees hurt or my shoulder. I do not believe it to be a joint pain but rather a tendon/ligament pain. I have been found to have a mild case of hyperthyroidism a while back which i was told has resolved-without medication. Every morning i wake up my heels hurt for a little while and that pain stops after a few minutes. I feel dizzy sometimes and the symptoms are never the same...when my knees hurt, i don't get pins and needles. When i get the pins and needles, my knees don't hurt but my shoulder may hurt. I am a very healthy individual, health conscious and have not had any medical conditions in the past. I am 46 and female. If someone could give me a good guess as to what could be the issue, it would be much appreciated. Thanks very much. Andrea
