Hi About. Month Ago I Got Like A Blister Thing

Hi about. Month ago I got like a blister thing on my thump I must of iched it away but since then my skins been peelin on my thump am it's so itchy but there's little tiny black dots under my skin witch you can feel if you put your finger over but that's only my skin you can't feel the back but there more into my skin
