Hi, About A 2 Weeks Ago I Noticed A Sudden

Hi, about a 2 weeks ago I noticed a sudden pressure in my ears. It felt like when your ears plug with pressure changes in an airplane. It is worse on one side but it is noticeable in both. On the right side I can hear a constant swooshing sound like the sound of a heartbeat on an ultrasound. One evening I had difficulty with balance and it was difficult to stand or walk, If I moved my head to either side it created extreme dizziness and the room seemed to shake and spin. This made me nauseous. That was one week ago and I have not experienced that extent of dizziness. The pressure an heartbeat sound interfere with sleep.
