Hi About A Month Ago I Started Getting A Weird

Hi about a month ago I started getting a weird feeling in my scrotum I then found a lump feeling of sickness aswell as temp I went to the hospital and they just said it was a cyst it has now grown bigger and becoming more painful and giving me a tickle feeling sometimes in my ball area it's only in my left scrotum my right is fine it's also giving me a dull ache in my leg and pain in my groin area also the feeling of coldness in that area
