Hi About A Week Ago I Used Bleach To Spray

Hi about a week ago i used bleach to spray and scrub the shower and then i used harpic to scrub the toilet. Although i didnt use them together aince then i have had difficulty breathing and dizziness.. its been a week plus a fay and i still cannot breathe fully.. what are my options?
