Hi, About A Week And A Half Ago I Noticed

Hi, about a week and a half ago I noticed something on one of my feet..like an insect bite, but not sure..now my foot swells up twice its size, is painful. there is pain on my foot and it also feels like fire/burning sensation. one of my hands is swelling as well. i had my wife squeeze or pop the area but only clear fluid drained at first..and now pus is in there. i also noticed that in my inner, o thigh near my testicle i have a lump now.
