Hi About Two Years Ago I Fell Off My Bike

Hi about two years ago I fell off my bike and slammed my head on the road. I had to get up quickly because there was a car coming. I didn't go to the doctor and had no unconsciousness. Everything seemed fine, however, the spot on my head that hit the pavement is still somewhat sore and I can feel it is indented. Should I be worried about this?
