Hi Actually Today I Noticed A Bruise On My Penis

Hi actually today I noticed a bruise on my penis head. I m not aware of any reason coz I m not involved in sexual activity. The same thing happened 3 months back but it heels by itself within a week or so. I m jus curious why it happens. Please suggest me and advice me on this
