Hi, After My Husband Died Very Suddenly I Experience A

Hi, after my husband died very suddenly I experience a sension of 'Waves' occurring in my abdomen. They come on without any warning. I had my 2 year old granddaughter in a buggy in a noisy Disney shop recently, she was having a screaming tantrum and I had this feeling coupled with an overwhelming need to get out of the shop and run away. Is this an understandable symptom related to the shock of my husband just dying in his sleep?
