Hi after years of masturbating. Right before this past Thanksgiving i masturbated really hard. My penis was swollen now it's the first week of the new year and its not as swollen because i started taking Aleve for an anti inflammatory bout a week ago .but it shrunk about 3-3 1/2 inches. Please help what should i do
