Hi, Almost I Have 35 Years Old, I'm Diabetic, Some

Hi, almost i have 35 years old, I'm diabetic, some times i have high blood pressure, But my real problem stared about 5 month ago when i lost my erection and also my semen change the shape, color and now is almost liquid.
