Hi am I am enquiring on behalf of my 84 year old mother who has spinal stenosis and 2 years ago had an operation to alleviate pressure on sciatic nerve,she takes painkillers including shortec longneck and paracetamol, still suffers pain and restriction of movement.Had a phone call from Nutrizen Wellness ,who say they work for the benefits of especially the elderly,recommending bilberry extract. and wondered what your opinion might be. many thanks.
