Hi Am A 28 Year Old Girl Suffering From Pcos

Hi am a 28 year old girl suffering from pcos since the year 2000. I have read about isomer d chiro inositol and where i live we do not get this medicine over here. I was prescribed by steroids and now i have gained so much weight that exercising is not even helping. I eat very less healthy food but am going on gaining more weight. My periods are not regular. Can you prescribe me a medicine that i can get my periods regularly and can loose weight in a months time.
