Hi Am A Waiter In A Restaurant And I Went

Hi am a waiter in a restaurant and i went to bathroom and i was washing my hand and i saw something in the sink I didn’t know that it was a tampon and i took it the I released that that was a tampon and touched it and there was wet blood and I don’t know the person who ever used that tampon is hiv positive or not? If she was hiv positive, do you think the hiv viruses be transmitted this why? Please help i am really worried and do i have to do a hiv test?
