Hi Am Havin Pain Under My Belly And My Under

Hi am havin pain under my belly and my under pants is alway wet even when i wear protection and i have a 8mth old baby who is breastfeeding and i had a c-section i havent had a period yet either could i be pregnant even though am breastfeeding exclusively..the pain is there all the time if i lift the baby or anything heavy even when am doin nothing it hurts
