Hi, Am Having This White Thick Discharge, Sometime It Becomes

Hi, am having this white thick discharge, sometime it becomes yellow which is smelly too. what could it be? and can you kindly advice on the medication to use. I was advised and been using beclomin cream but it has hardly changed the situation. please advise.
