Hi Am Married Before 2years. I Hv Irregular Periods Tubal

Hi am married before 2years. I hv irregular periods tubal block . My gynic suggest go to surgery then she gave me sitrodin150iu for 3days.then egg is in big size u go iui, my11,12days of period i get iui.so last 2 days ihv some tubal& lower abdominal pain &also pain in left side ovary. In urgent of urine it become little pain my nippls also pain. Y did occur it may cause failure of iui wat to do.....
