Hi Am Switching From Venlafaxine 112.5 Daily Have Been Taking

Hi am switching from venlafaxine 112.5 daily have been taking for 2 months,,have reduced by 37.5 weekly,am now taking 37.5 for 3 days and want to start sertraline 50 mg daily,,should I stop venlafaxine or take for longer a 37.5 along with the sertraline
