Hi and good evening ! Is this a free question and answer ?I have bells palsy in my lept face year Dec. 1996 then it goes away but I can smile normal. Then 2015 to my yo my right face and really I can't smile normal. Do I need to have an MRI ? Because sometimes I'm suffering warm and red face. sorry I'm just receiving SSI
