Hi And Thank You, For The Last Several Days, I

Hi and thank you,
for the last several days, I noticed that my left testicle has been enlarged unusually but it did not hurt, however I am being very concerned and felt not having energy like before; and at this time it is kind of discomforting me, please let me what might cause this abnormality to my left testicle.
