Hi And Thanks! I Have A Constant Smell Of Chemicals

Hi and thanks! I have a constant smell of chemicals or fumes in my nose. I don't know how else to explain. I've had this before and it eventually went away. It's to the point of frustration because I don't know what it is. I have no other obvious symptoms. I am 57 years old, female, still going through menopause, had a hip replaced a year ago March 20th with no problems or issues. No nasal congestion or cough, no nose bleeding or drainage. There is a hole between my nostrils because I had snorted meth and cocaine over 15 years ago. I live in San Diego, Ca. for 28 years.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
