Hi Approximately 46 Hours Ago I Had An Acute Onset

Hi approximately 46 hours ago I had an acute onset of fever, muscle aches, neck and back stiffness, I called ot of work 1/25/17 and slept for 21 hours straight drinking lots of water, today I am still fatigued and have muscle soreness in my neck and back, the fever seems to have subsided with Ibuprofen. I take no medications other than a daily multivitamin. I am 43 yo male in good health smoker. There hasn't been any one ill around me at work or home and I am constantly using sanitizer.
